Part 1 - Summary

By purchasing day excursions or concert/event tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:

- All bookings must be made online and are subject to availability.

- Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

- Payments can be made online using a secure payment gateway or through other accepted methods.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

- Cancellations made by the customer are subject to cancellation fees, which may vary depending on the specific excursion or event.

- Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the specified refund period, as stated below and online during the booking process.

- In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide an alternative excursion/event or issue a refund, as deemed appropriate.

3. Changes and Amendments:

- Changes to the date, time, or itinerary of the excursion/event may be possible, subject to availability and at our discretion.

- Any amendments requested by the customer may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before confirming the changes.

4. Health and Safety:

- Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the excursion/event and must follow any instructions provided by the  event organisers or transport providers.

- We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove individuals from the excursion/event if their behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Liability and Insurance:

- We do not accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the excursion/event, unless caused by our negligence. 

- The coach operator / transport provider is responsible for the safety of the passengers and the vehicle in use.

- The event organiser is responsible for the conduct and safety of the event. 

- It is recommended that participants have appropriate personal travel insurance  for the duration of the excursion/event.

6. Age Restrictions:

- Some excursions/events may have age restrictions or require parental consent for participants under a certain age. These restrictions will be clearly stated during the booking process.

7. Intellectual Property:

- Any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the excursion/event may be used for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the participant.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions

Part 2 - Full

These conditions of carriage set out clearly and simply the responsibilities which we have to you and which you in turn have to us. 

Booking your excursion (or concert/event). 

You may book an excursion (or concert/event) by visiting website, via email or by phone. 

Full payment is required at the time of booking. 

Payment is preferred by credit or debit card via our website; however, bank transfer can also be accepted by contacting us via email or phone.

Cash may also be accepted whilst at events or on tours. (Please see our staff for further details). 

Your booking will be confirmed when purchased on our website, please ensure you download all the relevant information for your trip, ie, date, time, place etc. It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive at the correct location and time, 10 mins prior to departure. 

Identification may be requested and proof of purchase prior to boarding our services. It is your responsibility to ensure you have these with you and we reserve to right to refuse travel, based on the failure to provide these documents.

If you change your booking.

If, after your travel ticket has been issued, you wish to transfer to another of our day excursions we will do our utmost to make the changes, provided that the notification is received at our offices from the person in whose name the booking was made in. 

Any alteration by you within 14 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and may be subject to the cancellation charges set out below. 

Other alterations such as the addition of a requests or change of pick-up point, must be notified, and may incur a charge. 

Changes of pick-up point or any additional special requests cannot be guaranteed within 14 days of departure. 

If your booking includes a ticket for an event, show or concert it may not be possible to change this, in which case a cancellation charge as detailed below would be payable. 

If you cancel your excursion 

You, or any members of your party, may cancel your excursion at any time provided that the cancellation is made by the person in whose name the booking was made. 

Any cancellation by you will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out below.

Dependant on the period time before departure, within which cancellation is received, will relate to the amount charged as a % of the excursion price. 

% of charge - time before departure

0% - More than a months’ notice.

25% - Less than a month, but more than 15 days’ notice.

50% - Less than 14 days, but more than 8 days’ notice.

100% - 7 days or less

For excursions where Event / Show / Concert Tickets have been purchased on your behalf, the following cancellation charges may also apply. 

Less than 1 months’ notice - The full value of the ticket (plus any event cancellation charges thereof) plus 50% of the cost of the excursion 

14 days or less - 100% 

NOTE: If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. 

If we cancel or amend, your booking. 

The arrangements for our excursions are made many months in advance. 

Sometimes minor amendments (such as to departure times or pickup points) are unavoidable and we reserve the right to amend details when required. 

We will do our best to keep you informed of any updates. 

For major amendments, such as cancellation due to insufficient bookings, passengers will be offered the choice of an alternative tour if available, or a refund in full of all monies paid. 

Either way, the company shall be exempt from any further liability. 

Missed departure. 

Your travel ticket clearly shows the departure point and time. 

Please check this carefully. 

You are responsible for ensuring that you are at the correct departure point at the correct time, and we cannot be liable for any loss or expense suffered by passengers because of their late arrival at any departure point. 

All drivers have a list of passengers joining at each point shown on clients' tickets, and in the event of clients not being at the arranged point will make every endeavour to trace them. 

The coach will wait a reasonable time, but if a client is delayed or not able to join the coach early notification will avoid unnecessary delay and inconvenience to other passengers. 

Delays/missed show/event etc. 

We arrange departure times to give reasonable allowance for delays which may be incurred enroute to venues. 

ln the event of delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., accidents/roadwork's etc.), liability is restricted to returning you to your point of departure. 

Coach breakdown ln the event of coach breakdown, we will normally be able to provide alternative transport arrangements in sufficient time to avoid a major impact on the day.

If the show/event is missed, or the day severely curtailed as a result of coach breakdown, then the company will accept liability and passengers will be offered the choice of an alternative tour if available, or a refund in full of all monies paid. 

Either way, the company shall be exempt from any further liability. 

Right of admission 

The right of admission to any event is reserved to the promoter. 

The company will not accept any liability or offer any refund or compensation in the event that you are refused entry to a venue by nature of your behaviour or demeanour (e.g. being drunk or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, being, or appearing to be, under the age limit for admission, acting in such a manner that you are refused entry).

You must be prepared to be subjected to a security search of your person and belongings. 

Cancelled event/show ln the event of a show/event being cancelled twelve hours or more before commencement of the performance, we will make every endeavour to contact clients to inform them of the cancellation. 

The company will endeavour to obtain a transfer to a rescheduled date or refund in full. 

Children & Seniors.

Children of 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. 

However, children 16 years of age may travel unaccompanied with the written permission from a parent or guardian, but this does not qualify them to accompany other children under the age of 15, who do not have parent or guardian permission. 

Regardless of the above, there may be other age limitations imposed by the organisers of an event, show or concert. 

On some excursions a reduction in price may be available for children and seniors. (See individual trips for details).

Coach seating 

Coach seats are normally allocated at the time of booking and subject to availability at that time. 

However, seat locations cannot be guaranteed because occasionally it may prove necessary to reallocate seating due to circumstances beyond our control. 

Event seating 

Where an Event / Show / Concert is included in the booking, we will make every effort to ensure groups are seated together, we cannot guarantee our seating allocation will be wholly within the same block within arena or theatre. 

Journey times, pick up and return schedules. 

Although you will be provided with anticipated details at the time of booking, these cannot be guaranteed and may change due to circumstances beyond our control. 

Special requests.

If you have a special request, we will do our best to help, but we cannot make any guarantees that they will be fulfilled, as this will depend on the nature of the request.

Please inform us of your request before you make your booking, as you may be subject to cancelation fees.

Passenger behaviour 

We reserve the unconditional right to refuse a booking or terminate a client's booking in the event of unreasonable conduct which in our opinion is likely to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other clients, employees, property or to any third party. 

We have a zero tolerance to any abuse of our staff or customers, and the police will be called straight away in the event of any incident.

If you are prevented from travelling or continuing your excursion by such a termination our responsibility for your excursion thereupon ceases. Full cancellation charges will apply, and we will be under no obligation for any refund, compensation or loss which you may incur. 

Passengers with disabilities 

Should you or a member of your party have any medicals condition or disabilities that may affect the excursion, or event booking, please contact us prior to making the booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of the excursion or event, for the customer. 

If a passenger requires assistance, then they must travel with an able-bodied carer or friend, and we will make every effort to accommodate the passenger. 

Please advise us in advance if you intend to use wheelchair- spaces are usually limited to 1 space per vehicle / coach. 

Specialist vehicles can be hired for disability groups wishing to travel together to specific events. Please discuss your needs with us and we will support you to the best of our abilities, with the resources available at that time.

If you have a complaint 

If you have a complaint during your excursion, please inform, in the first instance, the supplier of the service and then inform our driver/courier who will do his/her best to help you there and then.

lf the matter is not resolved on the day you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the completion of your excursion and this must be sent to the address below. 

Failure to establish your complaint immediately in accordance with the above procedure may affect the outcome of it. 

Travel insurance 

In view of the relatively cost of some of our inclusive Excursions we strongly recommend that our clients are covered by personal Travel insurance.

When traveling abroad, you are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient medical insurance to cover your personal circumstances.

Intellectual Property:

Any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the excursion/event may be used for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the participant.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by UK law and the relevant jurisdictions thereof. 

When traveling abroad, we will be operating to the relevant laws and jurisdiction of the Country we are in. 

Any legal disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts or the relevant Country's jurisdiction.
