We may then provide this information to businesses we operate with in the execution of our contract with you, in order to provide services or company's trying to reach out or connect with you or each other.

You can opt out of our database, by contacting us directly, you can also submit an access request or claim your professional profile and update your profile information. You have the right to access your information or have it deleted or corrected. However, if you prefer to email or call us, our contact information is listed under the Who We Are section below.

In connection with our creation of personal and professional Profiles, we may collect and process any or all of the following types of Personal Information about you:

Purpose of Processing
West Country Tours processes this information for purposes including organising transport, trips, tours and excursions, to hotels, theme parks, planned events and other attractions; receiving and making payments for and on behalf of our customers and associated businesses. 

We do this so we can develop, improve, and enhance our services and products; and for our own direct marketing, sales and recruiting purposes.

Profile information is provided to our customers or partners subject to restrictive license agreements that limit the use to those specified purposes and prohibits the unauthorised use or transfer of the information.

West Country Tours Ltd, processes your Personal Information based on the legitimate interest of itself and its customers, but also our partners, in order to provide tours and excursions, direct marketing and sales activities. West Country Tours legitimate interests, in organising and making available Professional and Business Profiles to the correct legal and lawful authorities.

This Personal Information may be provided, subject to restrictive license agreements, to West Country Tours customers and its partners. These recipients are business organisations who are permitted to use the information only for lawful provision of services, sales and marketing purposes.

We seek to verify the accuracy of our information as frequently as possible and to remove information that we learn to be inaccurate. Because our information comes from several sources, which will be combined into one record, it may be difficult to identify the exact source of one particular piece of information.
